TO: AGEE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION: You are hereby directed to make the herein described
changes from the plans and specifications or do the following described work not included in the plans and
specifications on this contract. Because of the proposed change, 36—WORKING DAYS will be granted to the
allotted contract time. The revised date of completion for the First Order of Work is February 23, 2024.
PART I: INCREASE/DECREASE ITEMS AT UNIT PRICES
Item quantities in the Bid Book and subsequent change orders are estimates only. This part adjusts item
quantities to the actual quantities used. The final pay items adjustments are a result of expediting the roadway
transitions' construction necessary for the school buses and public traffic to pass through the project site.

PART II: GRANT A TIME EXTENSION
Grant a time extension of 36-working days to the "First Order of Work" due to an environmental
quarantine delay (2 days), an environmental suspension delay (8 days), and Pile Mitigation delays (26
days). The 26 working days'time extension being granted for pile mitigation delays is an agreed
resolve to the claim on behalf of Mahaffey Drilling Company, no additional compensation will be made
for this claim.
