SUBJECT: County of Fresno—One-Year Extension to Agreement No. 19-167
Dear Mr. Hosman,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a one-year extension request of Agreement No. 19-167 with
the Fresno County Probation Department, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 9,
2019, to allow for the period of five years, and the option of two consecutive one-year extensions, upon
written approval of both parties, authorizing the Chief Probation Officer to execute such written approval
on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of Allvest Information Services, in providing internet-based licensing
of,access to, and use of certain automated, evidence-based,risk-assessment software applications, and
related services for the purpose of managing and monitoring adult and juvenile probationers within
Fresno County Probation and found it to be satisfactory. Therefore,I would like to extend the Agreement
No.#19-167 from April 1,2024 through March 31, 2025. This is the first extension to this Agreement. If
you,as the signing authority for Allvest Information Services,would like the Agreement to be extended
as stated,please complete the second page of this form, and return this letter by February 1,2024, or as
soon as possible to:
