Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for this
contract. Because of the change(s), FIVE (5) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time.
GRANT A TIME EXTENSION
This time extension was requested by the contractor.
Grant a time extension of 5-working days according to Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the
Special Provisions, due to the delays caused by revising the traffic signal pole J at the northeast corner
and relocating (done by others) the conflicting fiber optic pull boxes at the northwest corner. No additional
compensation will be made in conjunction with this time extension.
NET COST THIS CHANGE ORDER: $0.00 (NO COST)
NET TIME EXTENSION THIS CHANGE ORDER: FIVE (5) -WORKING DAYS
