SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE (hereinafter "Amendment 11") is made and entered
into this 17th day of Agil 2018, by and between the COUNTY OF FRESNO, a
political subdivision of the State of California, 333 W. Pontiac Way, Clovis, CA 93612
(hereinafter "LESSOR"), and the State of California acting by and through the 21 st District
Agricultural Association, 1121 Chance Avenue, Fresno, CA 93702 (hereinafter "LESSEE").
WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE are Parties to that certain Lease FL-007, dated
June 5, 2001 (hereinafter the "Lease"), for the lease of the property known as the FRESNO
COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS; and
WHEREAS, said Lease was first amended on September 28, 2004 ("Amendment I");
and
WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to further amend the Lease as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of
which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

The following paragraph shall be added to Clause 17. RIGHT .OF FIR$J
REFUSAL immediately after the .paragraph starting with ~he _h(;}adinq "Property
'#3~:
"Property #4: Land and improvements along Chance Avenue and adjacent to
Property #2 (Social Services) as shown on the attached plat labeled Exhibit "A"
and identified therein as "Property #4"."
Exhibit "A" as described in the original Lease No. FL-007 is deleted in its
entirety and replaced with attached new "Exhibit A".
26 -The parties agree that this Amendment II is sufficient to amend the Lease, and that
27, upon execution of this Amendment II, the Lease, Amendment I, and this Amendment II
28 · together shall be considered the Lease.
