Dear Office of General Counsel:
Agreement#18-107,which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 1,2018 allowed for the option of two
one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties no later than thirty days prior to the first day of the next
twelve-month period.The County Clerk/Registrar of Voters is authorized to execute such written approval on behalf of
the County.
After reviewing DFM Associates, Inc.'s performance in the provided contracted services, I am satisfied with their
performances.Therefore, I would like to extend the agreement from April 1,2022 to March 31, 2023. If you,as the
signing authority for DFM Associates, Inc.would like the agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and date on
the line below and return this letter by February 23, 2022 to:
