Re: Non-Renewal of Agreement No. 20-122 for Non-Resident Specialty Care (NRSC) Services
Dear Mr. Cheney:
The County of Fresno, through its Department of Public Health, currently has an Agreement
with Sant6 Health System d.b.a. Advantek Benefit Administrators for the administration of
beneficiary eligibility and payment to approved providers of specialty medical services.
Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the Agreement No. 20-122, the County desires not to extend the
Agreement past the current term ending April 19, 2024. Please accept this letter as advance
written notice of non-extension of this Agreement. This Agreement shall have terminated on
April 20, 2024.

We appreciate the collaboration with your staff since 2015 on NRSC and look forward to
