Whitesbridge Road, Kerman, CA 93630 This letter shall certify, in accordance with the Lease dated June 6, 2017'. 1. That the Landlord has substantially completed the required Tenant Improvements in accordance with Section 10 of the Lease, evidenced by the attached copy of the Certificate of Occupancy issued by the City of Kerman on June 20, 2019. 2. That the Leased Premises contains 10,146 rentable square feet. 3. That the Rent for the Leased Premises is in accordance with the following schedule. Rent Period Rent/Month Year One $12,682.50 Year Two $12,936.15 Year Three $13,194.87 Year Four $13,458.77 Year Five $13,727.95 Year Six $14,002.51 Year Seven $14,282.56 Year Eight $14,568,21 Year Nine $15,150.94 Year Ten $15,453.96 4. That the Premises were delivered to the Tenant on June 20, 2019. 5. That the Lease term will commence on June 24, 2019. 6. That the Rent Commencement Date will be June 24, 2019. 7. That the Lease term will expire on June 30, 2027, subject to Lessee's option to extend. The parties hereto hereby agree that the above information is correct, and the parties have signed this Lease Commencement Addendum as of the dates below their respective signatures.
