CALIFORNIA MICROBUSINESS COVID-19 RELIEF GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT SECOND
AMENDMENT
1. The Office of the Small Business Advocate ("CalOSBA"), a program within the Governor's
Office of Business and Economic Development and COUNTY OF FRESNO (the "County" and,
together with CalOSBA, the "Parties") are parties to Grant Agreement#MBCRG2022-001
(the "Agreement") dated 2/4/2022. The Parties mutually agree, to further the purpose of
the Agreement, as follows.
Term of Agreement. The period of performance of this AGREEMENT shall be extended
through June 30, 2023.
Delivery. All materials, services and/or deliverables required under this AGREEMENT must
be completed and delivered to CalOSBA on or before June 30, 2023.
2. The parties mutually agree that all other terms in the Agreement remain in full force and
effect.
