Because of the change(s), ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract timeline. PART I: REPLACE DAMAGED CONSOLIDATED IRRIGATION DISTRICT'S (CID) IRRIGATION PIPELINE AT STA. 189+25 AND DAMAGED ROADWAY— EXTRA WORK This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace CID's damaged irrigation pipeline (two pipes) at sta. 189+25 (Golden State Boulevard) and damaged adjacent roadway as extra work. Perform all work according to the applicable sections of the Project Specifications, Standard Specifications, and CID Standards. The replacement of the CID's pipes extends approximately 15- feet in the railroad right-of-way. Since this work was considered as emergency work, per CID staff, no permit was needed from the railroad company. Compensation for this work will be made as extra work at force account according to Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. Total compensation for this work resulted in $76,900.30, this amount will be extra work. This change did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART I: A $76,900.30 INCREASE TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART II: REPLACE PLAN SHEET 56B IN SELMA REGION TO CORRECT THE CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER GRADES AT THE MATCH POINTS This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan Sheet 56B with the attached revised Plan Sheet 56C in the Selma region. This revised plan sheet revises the curb and gutter (approximately 350 linear feet) grades at the match points along southbound Golden State Boulevard between sta. 348+00 and 351+50. This revision is being made at no additional cost. This change did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted.
