Ample time will be s pe nt in each area to make res id e nts a nd v is ito rs aware th at law e nfo rceme nt officers are in th e vic inity. I . Othe r r oads needing patro l o n a regular b as is include but are not limite d to: Dinkey C reek Road, McKinley Gro ve R oad , Courtright R oad, Black Rock Road, Trimme r Springs Road , and Big C re e k R oad . Fire Emergency: During emergency f ire s uppress io n s itu a tions a nd upo n re qu es t b y the Forest Service pursuan t to an incident resource order, th e Cooperator agrees to provide s pecia l se rvices beyo nd those provided und e r S ecti o n II-A , w ithin the Cooperato r 's resource capabili t ie s , for the enfo rcemen t of State a nd local laws rel ated to th e protecti on of persons a nd their pro perty. The Cooperator w ill be compensated a t t he rat e s pec if ie d in Secti o n I -B ; the Fo rest Serv ice w ill s pecify t i mes a n d sched ul e s . Upon concurre nce o f t he local p a trol Capta in o r their des ignated represe nt ative, a n offic ia l from th e In cident Management Team managin g the incid ent, Coope rator perso nn e l assigned to an incide nt where meals a re provi d ed wi ll be e ntitl ed to s uc h meal s. 3. Gro up Gatherings: T hi s in cludes but is not limited to s itu atio ns which are n ormally unanti c ipated or w hich typically includ e very s ho rt notices, large group gatherin gs such as rock concerts, demon s tration s, and organi z ation rendezvou s.
