s a n ct io ns imposed purs uant to section 5 of t h e Serv ice Co nt ract Act, section 3(a) of t he
Dav is-Baco n Act, or 29 CF R 5.12(a)(J ).
(2) No pa r t of t hi s contract s ha ll be s ubcontracte d to any perso n o r firm whose name
appears on th e l is t of person s o r (inns inelig ib le to receive Federa l contracts.
