TO: AGEE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION:
Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not included in the plans and
specifications for this contract. Because of the change(s), TWO (2) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the
contract time for the First Order of Work is December 27, 2023.
PERFORM EXTRA WORK
This extra work was requested by the engineer.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, perform the
following extra work:
• Remove boulder from the box culvert excavation.
• Move K-rail, crash cushions, and set new limit line to accommodate bus traffic.
• Move K-rail and crash cushions to provide fire truck access.
• Grind to remove centerline stripe and previous limit line, install signs on post, grade and build
intersection radiuses for additional hot mix asphalt placement.
• Fine grade aggregate base and pave additional area at the radiuses of the Burrough
Valley intersection.
• Remove Boulder from wing wall of abutment no. 3.
Perform all work according to the applicable sections of the Standard Specifications and the Special
Provisions. Payment for this work will be made as extra work at Force Account according to Section 9-1.03,
"Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. Total compensation for this work resulted in $13,783.48.
Two (2)working days will be added to the contract time for the above referenced extra work, in accordance
with Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the project Specifications.
