SUBJECT: Plan Year 2017 Kaiser Agreement
On October 18, 2016 the Board of Supervisors authorized the Chairman to execute
agreements with health plan providers for medical services for Plan Year 2017. The
Kaiser agreement has been reviewed by Keenan & Associates, Employee Benefits and
the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector, and has been approved by County
Counsel as to legal form. We are now requesting the Chairman to execute the agreement
by signing the enclosed signature pages.
