• Evaluate the success of the Partnership by tracking its progress relative to the outcome areas,
designated core and contributing indicators for those outcome areas, progress toward
collaborative and collective action, and alignment of values of the partners.
This Partnership allows the community to use its assets in the best way possible by eliminating duplicate
efforts and leveraging human and financial resources whenever possible. It provides assurance for
funders in knowing their support is directed towards long-term, measured change through community-
wide collaboration, rather than merely hoping for that outcome through support of multiple isolated
efforts.
This Partnership Agreement is a statement of intent and commitment only and is not binding upon the
parties.
