Re: Notice of Non-Renewal - Agreement No. A-19-741 for Web-Based Vesta Automated Emergency
Notification System
Dear Mr. Leonard,
The initial optional one-year extension to Agreement No. A-19-741 became effective December 16,
2022, between the County of Fresno ("County") and Vesta Solutions, Inc. ("Contractor"), for the web-
based Vesta Automated Emergency Notification System. It will expire on December 15, 2023.
This letter serves as the County's written notice to not renew Agreement No. A-19-741, effective
December 15, 2023, at 11:59 PM. On December 10, 2019, the Fresno County Board of Supervisors
authorized the Director of Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to execute such termination on
behalf of the County.
