FIRST ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Addendum") is made and
entered into this __ day of , 2016, by and between COUNTY OF FRESNO, a
Political Subdivision of the State of California, Fresno, California (hereinafter "COUNTY"),
and Bid4Assets, Inc., a Maryland corporation authorized to do business in California, whose
address is 8757 Georgia Avenue, Suite 520, Silver Spring, MD 20910 ("CONTRACTOR").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR entered into an online property tax sal
auction services including advertising and hosting of tax-defaulted parcels and all
e-commerce transactions; and,
WHEREAS, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR included the option to extend the
Agreement for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods past the January 28, 2016
14 termination date, upon written consent of the parties.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy
16 of which is hereby acknowledged, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree as follows:

1. Both parties consent to exercise the first one-year renewal period from January 29,
2016 through January 28, 2017.
2. Both parties consent to exercise the second one-year renewal period from January 29,
2017 through January 28, 2018.
COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree that this Addendum is sufficient to meet the needs
and intent of the Agreement and, that upon execution of this Addendum, all provisions,
terms, covenants, conditions and promises contained in the Agreement and not referenced
