1 AGREEMENT
2 THIS AGREEMENT, hereinafter referred to as AGREEMENT, is made and
3 entered into this IJ1b day of PJt><J1LI?H"' 2015, by and between the COUNTY OF
4 FRESNO, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as
5 "COUNTY" and the Sierra National Forest, High Sierra Ranger District, P.O. Box 559,
6 Prather, CA 93651, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR", under the provisions of
7 the Cooperative Funds Act of June 30, 1914, as amended (Section 16 USC 498).
8 WITNESSETH
9 WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR desires to utilize County Off-Highway Vehicle
10 funds to support off-highway vehicle recreational use on Federal lands (specifically
11 within the High Sierra Ranger District); and
12 WHEREAS, the COUNTY desires to make such funds available to
13 CONTRACTOR for said uses.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
15 contained in this AGREEMENT, and for other valuable consideration, the receipt and
16 adequacy of which are acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS:
A. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to purchase supplies,
19 as identified in Attachment "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
20 reference.

B. CONTRACTOR shall provide a written report detailing
expenditures of funds to the COUNTY within ninety (90) days upon completion of said
projects or within ninety (90) days of termination of AGREEMENT.
2. COUNTY'S OBLIGATIONS:
The COUNTY agrees to provide funds from the COUNTY'S Off-Highway
Vehicle fund (Org. 7920) in the amount of three thousand six hundred twenty five and
no/1 00 dollars
