The Agreement referenced above, which was approved by the Board of SupeMsors on July 12,
2016,lllowed for the option of two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties and
authorized the Director of lntemal SeMceslChief lnformation Officer to execute such written
approval on behalf of the CountY.
We would like to extend the agreement from August 10, 2019 through and including August 9,
