SUBJECT: County of Fresno—One-Year Extension to Agreement No, 22-480
Dear Mr.Nightingale,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a one-year extension request of Agreement No. 22-480 with
the Fresno County Probation Department,which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on October 25,
2022,to allow for the option of two,consecutive one-year extension periods,upon written approval of both
parties, authorizing the Chief Probation Officer to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of Nightingale Dispute Consultants, Inc.,in providing conflict resolution
and leadership training to the executive-level staff of the Fresno County Probation Department and found
it to be satisfactory. Therefore,I would like to extend the Agreement No.#22480 from October 25,2023
through October 24,2024. This is the first extension to this Agreement. If you,as the signing authority for
Nightingale Dispute Consultants,Inc.,would like the Agreement to be extended as stated,please complete
the second page of this form,and return this letter by September 22,2023, or as soon as possible to:
