HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgreement A-13-335-2 with Superior Court.pdf1 For the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 (FY 2014-15), the COURT 2 shall compensate COUNTY for Public Defender staff services, supplies and 3 overhead actually provided, in accordance with the budget set forth in Exhibit 8-1, 4 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 5 For the period from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 (FY 2015-16), the COURT 6 shall compensate COUNTY for Public Defender staff services, supplies and 7 overhead actually provided, in accordance with the budget set forth in Exhibit 8-2, 8 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Compensation in full for all 9 services, supplies and overhead for FY 2015-16 shall not exceed $990,844.00." 10 COURT and COUNTY agree that this Second Amendment is sufficient to renew and amend 11 the Agreement, and that upon execution of this Second Amendment, the Agreement, the First 12 Amendment and this Second Amendment shall together be considered the Agreement. 13 The Agreement, as hereby amended, is ratified and continued.
