The County of Fresno, through its Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), has
executed Master Agreement No. A-20-217 with various contractors for the provision of
Recovery Residence services .
Pursuant to Section 2 of Agreement No. 20-217, "County's DBH Director, or designee,
reserves the right at any time during the term of this Agreement to add new Contractors
to those listed in Exhibit A."
Please accept this acknowledgment letter as notice that Fresno County is in receipt of
Mental Health Systems, Inc.'s attached signature page agreeing to the terms and
conditions of Master Agreement No. A-20-217 and has been added to the Master
Agreement No. A-20-217.
