Because of the change(s), ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract timeline. PART I: REPLACE PLAN SHEET NO. 92 IN KINGSBURG REGION This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan Sheet 92 with the attached revised Plan Sheet 92A in the Kingsburg region. This revised plan sheet changes locations of several streetlights between Sierra and Laurel Avenues, specifically poles A1, A2, A3, A4, and A5. The revisions shown on the revised sheet are blocked out for clarification. These revisions are being made at no additional cost. These revisions did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART I: $0.00 (NO COST) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART II: REVISE ROADWAY STRUCTURAL SECTIONS AND PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AREAS IN SELMA REGION This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work" of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan Sheets 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45 with the attached revised sheets 40A, 41A, 42A, 43A, 44A and 45A in the Selma region. These revised plan sheets revise structural sections and proposed improvements on the southbound lanes between Park Street and Mountain View Avenue. The revisions shown on the revised sheets are blocked out for clarification. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan Sheets 101, 102, and 103 with the attached revised sheet 101A, 102A, and 103A in the Fowler region. The revised plan sheets correct the traffic striping in the region. The revisions shown on the revised sheets are blocked out for clarification. These revisions are being made at no additional cost. These revisions did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART III: $0.00 (NO COST) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART III: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART IV: COMPENSATE THE CONTRACTOR FOR REMOVING THE IN-PAVEMENT FLASHING LIGHTS -SUPPLEMENTAL WORK This supplemental work was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work" of the Standard Specifications, compensate the contractor for removing the in-pavement flashing lights in the Kingsburg region.
