Because of the change(s), ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract timeline. PART I: COMPENSATE FOR THE RELOCATION OF TWO WATER SERVICES IN FOWLER REGION— SUPPLEMENTAL WORK This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work" of the Standard Specifications, compensate the contractor for relocating two existing water services behind the new proposed curb and gutter at sta. 493+85 and 495+75. Compensation for this work will be made as extra work at force account according to Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. Total compensation for this work resulted in $8,036.78, this amount will be paid through Bid Item No. 3, Supplemental Work with no net increase to the contract. This supplemental work did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART I: $0.00 (PAID IN BID ITEM NO. 3) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART II: REVISE PROJECT PLANS IN KINGSBURG REGION TO REALIGN CONCRETE CURB This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan Sheet 37E with the attached revised Plan Sheet 37G in the Kingsburg region. This revised plan sheet realigns the concrete curb for the northern curb-return at the Laurel Street intersection. The revisions shown on the revised sheet are blocked out for clarification. These revisions are being made at no additional cost. These revisions did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART II: $0.00 (NO COST) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART II: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART III: REVISE PROJECT PLANS IN FOWLER REGION TO REALIGN THE STREET LIGHTS This change was requested by the engineer. This revised plan sheet realigns six (6) streetlights between approximate sta. 563+78 and 581+22. The revisions shown on the revised sheet are clouded for clarification. These revisions are being made at no additional cost. These revisions did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART III: $0.00 (NO COST) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART III: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART IV: REVISE PROJECT PLANS IN KINGSBURG REGION TO ADD ADDITIONAL DRIVEWAYS This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan Sheets 38C and 39A with the attached revised Plan Sheets 38D and 39B in the Kingsburg region. These revised plans sheets add two additional driveway approaches at sta. 66+50 and 71+46. The revisions shown on the revised sheets are blocked out for clarification.
