RE: Second One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 19-319 with the Fresno County Probation Department
to provide Title IV-E Claim Assistance
Dear Kelsey Frye,
Agreement No. 19-319,which was approved by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors on July 9, 2019,
allowed for the option of two additional, consecutive twelve-month extensions, upon written approval of
both parties, authorizing the Chief Probation Officer to execute such written approval on behalf of the
County.
The Fresno County Probation Department would like to extend the Agreement from July 25,2023 through
July 24,2024. If you,as the signing authority for JBI,LTD,would also like the Agreement to be extended
