Because of the change(s), ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract timeline. PART I: REVISE PROJECT PLANS IN KINGSBURG REGION This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan Sheet 48 with the attached revised Plan Sheet 48A in the Kingsburg Region in order to adjust grades to address cross traffic and drainage concern at the Amber Street median. The revisions shown on the revised sheet are blocked out for clarification. TOTAL COST PART 1: A $683.00 INCREASE TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART II: REVISE FOWLER REGION RECONSTRUCTION AREA BETWEEN GSB-SB5 STA. 666+79.63 AND STA. 682+00 This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, revise the match point and cross slope for the reconstruction area between GSB-SB5 Sta. 666+79.63 and Sta. 682+00 in the Fowler Region by shifting the sawcut line approx. 1.5-foot LT to the existing high point of the roadway. The new portion of the southbound inside lane shall be constructed at a 1.5% cross slope from match point to edge of travel way (ETW), then -5% cross slope from ETW to the edge of pavement (EP). In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan Sheets 37 and 58 with the attached revised Plan Sheets 37A and 58A in the Fowler Region to correct the match point of the pavement widening to the existing pavement at the Jefferson Avenue intersection. The revisions shown on these revised sheets are blocked out for clarification.
