Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the change(s), ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be added to the road closure
contract timeline only.
PART I: REVISE PROJECT PLANS FOR FOWLER REGION
This change was requested by the engineer.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan
Sheets 110, 118A, 119A, and 139A with revised Plan Sheets 110A, 118B, 119B, and 139B for the Fowler
Region. The revised Plan Sheet 110A includes an additional construction note, No. 21; Plan Sheets 118B and
139B include the City of Fresno Traffic Signal and Street Lights Supervisor's signature; and Plan Sheet 119B
eliminates the "F" distance between poles C & E.
These changes did not impact the critical path for the project, therefore, granting additional contract time was
not warranted.

DESCRIPTION:
Revise project plans for Fowler Region.
WHY:
The traffic signal plans for the Fowler Region required a signature by the City of Fresno Traffic
Signal and Street Lights Supervisor. Also, there were some minor changes made to these
plans. Therefore, it was necessary to replace Plan Sheets 110, 118A, 119A, and 139A with
revised Plan Sheets 110A, 118B, 119B, and 139B for the Fowler Region.
HOW:
The above reference changes were made in accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra
Work," of the Standard Specifications at no additional cost to the contract.
