RE:One-Year Extension of Agreement No.20-022
Agreement No. 20-022, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on January 7, 2020,
allowed for the option of two (2) one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties no
later than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of each twelve (12) month extension period and
authorized the Director of Human Resources to execute such written approval on behalf of the
County.
I have reviewed the performance of Erene Soliman,Psy.D. in providing contracted services and
find it satisfactory. Therefore, I wish to extend the agreement from January 7, 2023, through
January 6, 2024. If you, as the signing authority for Erene Soliman, Psy.D., wish to extend the
agreement as stated, please sign and date on the line below and return this letter as soon as
possible to:
