Subject: Extension of Agreement for Professional Services
On September 1, 2020, the Fresno County Board of Supervisors executed Agreement No. P-20-337,
providing an Agreement for consulting and supportive services necessary to assist the County in GSP
implementation and preparation of Annual Reports, as may be deemed necessary by the County.
Article 3.2, which outlines the terms of the Agreement, on Page 4, allows for a single one-year extension
period upon written approval of both parities at least 30 days before the first day of the one-year
extension period. The Director of the Department of Public Works and Planning or his or her designee is
authorized to sign the written approval on behalf of the County based on the Consultants satisfactory
performance.
Fresno County would like to extend the Agreement to September 1, 2023, please except this letter as a
format extension of said Agreement and as confirmation that all other terms and provisions of the
Agreement shall remain in full forces and effect. Please sign below and return this letter to the
Department of Public Works and Planning, Water and Natural Resources Division at the address noted
below.
