This amends the Microsoft Customer Services Agreement(the"Agreement") identified above between the
County Of Fresno—Itsd and Microsoft as of the effective date identified below. Any terms that are used
but not defined in this amendment will have the same meanings given them in the Agreement.
I. Amendment.
The Term section of the Agreement is hereby amended
Section, 1 Term of the Enterprise Services Work Order is hereby deleted and replaced in its'entirety with:
This Schedule will commence on 10/12/2022 (the "Effective Date") and will expire on 10/11/2023 (the
"Expiration Date").
II. Effect of Amendment.
Except as specifically amended by this amendment, all other provisions of the agreement shall remain
unchanged, and in full force and effect. When this amendment is fully executed, you will receive a
confirming copy.
