RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement#19-227
Dear Contracts Administrator:
Agreement#19-227, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 14, 2019 allowed for the option of two
one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties no later than thirty days prior to the first day of the next
twelve-month period.The County Clerk/Registrar of Voters is authorized to execute such written approval on behalf of
the County.
After reviewing Dominion Voting Systems' performance in the provided contracted services, I am satisfied with their
performances.Therefore, I would like to extend the agreement from May 14, 2022 to May 13, 2023. If you, as the
signing authority for Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. would like the agreement to be extended as stated, please sign and
date on the line below and return this letter via email to bhill@fresnocountyca.gov
