DESCRIPTION (PCO 0424) AS[ 100—Guard Station Ceiling, HVAC and Lighting WHY: Design documents did not show fire/smoke dampers in ductwork penetrating the 2nd and 3rd floor guards stations. DESCRIPTION (PCO 0580) ASI 110, RFI's 1147/1145— Elevators Heat/Smoke Detection (Material Only) WHY: The designed fire alarm systems within each of the elevator shafts did not comply with the State Fire Code per the SFM and each shaft required a different smoke and heat detection system (Vesda and Protector Wire). DESCRIPTION (PCO 0647) ASI 117 —Cell Lighting Modifications (Night Light Function) WHY: Each of the lights within the cells did not have a "night light" function and were required to be rewired. DESCRIPTION (PCO 0648) RFI 1129.3—Street Tree Planting Conflict WHY: The area where a tree was required to be planted had concrete under the area and could not be planted. Direction was given to place colored concrete. The tree was replanted in a different area. If the Contractor does not sign acceptance of this order,his attention is directed to the requirements of the Specifications as to proceeding with the ordered work and filing a written protest within the time therein specified.
