RE: Second One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 18-602 with the Fresno County Probation
Department for probation and juvenile policy manuals and daily training bulletin services
Dear Mr. Roos,
Agreement No. 18-602, which was approved by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors on
October 23, 2018, allowed for the option of two consecutive twelve-month extensions upon
written approval of both parties, authorizing the Chief Probation Officer to execute such written
approval on behalf of the County.
The Fresno County Probation Department would like to extend the Agreement from November
1, 2022 through October 31, 2023. If you, as the signing authority for Lexipol, would also like
the Agreement to be extended as stated,please sign and date on the line below. Please return the
signed letter either by email to pklvue(a,fresnocountYcajov, or mail the signed letter to:
