Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for this
contract. Because of the change(s), 23-WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time.
GRANT A TIME EXTENSION
This time extension was requested by the contractor.
Grant a time extension of 23-working days according to Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the
Special Provisions due to the delays caused by the Union Pacific Railroad Company's subcontractor(Rail
Pro's)for completing their scheduled work.
