EXCAVATION, INC.: Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for this contract. Because of the change(s), 20 WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time. The revised completion date is February 7, 2022. INSTALL HDPE CONDUITS, STEEL CASING, AND PULL BOXES— EXTRA WORK According to Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, install approximately 2,025 linear feet of 1.5-inch diameter(a total of eight, 5 mm thick smooth wall) HDPE conduits, two 6-inch diameter Schedule 40 steel casing under the Union Pacific Railroad (total 124 linear feet), four 3 x 5 feet and one 4 x 7 feet pull boxes with traffic rated lids at the locations/alignments shown on the attached Plan Sheet No.1. Perform all work according to the applicable Sections of the Standards Specifications, Special Provisions, attached Plan Sheet No. 1, and Standards Plans. Payment for this work will be made as extra work at an agreed lump sum price of$247,307.50 according to Section 9-1.03," Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. This price includes compensation of all labor, materials, equipment, overhead costs, markups, profits, and incidentals for performing the work. A total of 20 working days will be added to the contract time for this work.
