AMENDED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
between
CENTER FOR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES,INC.
and
COUNTY OF FRESNO
DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES
Effective October 1,2021,the Center for Employment Opportunities,Inc. ("PROVIDER"), a New York
501 (c)(3)nonprofit organization, and County of Fresno,Department of Social Services("COUNTY")
entered into a Memorandum of Understanding("MOU").
WHEREAS,the parties now wish to extend the MOU.
THEREFORE,the parties hereby amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Amendment to Section IV(Term). The Term of the Agreement is hereby amended by
replacing end date "September 30, 2022"with "September 30, 2023".
2. Amendment to Section V(Notice).Provider's address listed for Notices is hereby replaced with
the following:

New York, NY 10004
Attn:Samra Haider, President
Copy to: Yuri Okumura, General Counsel
All other terms of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE PARTIES HEREBY EXECUTE THIS AMENDED AGREEMENT.
