RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No, A-19-277A
Dear Ms.Zavolo:

Agreement No. 19-277-1, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 18,
2019 and amended on April 13, 2021, allows for the option of two one-year extensions
upon written approval of both parties and authorized the Director to execute such
written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of California Psychological institute's
CWMH. program in providing the contracted services and find it continues to be
satisfactory, Therefore,. we would like to extend the agreement for Fiscal Year 2022-23,
;July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. if you; as the signing authority for California
Psychological Institute,would also like the agreement to be extended as stated.; please
