RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement No. A-19-277-1
Dear Mr. Banks:
Agreement No. 19-277-1, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 18,
2019 and amended on April 13, 2021, allows for the option of two one-year extensions
upon written approval of both parties and authorized the Director to execute such
written approval on behalf of the County.
Department staff have reviewed the performance of Turning Point of Central California,
Inc.'s Dragonfly program in providing the contracted services and find it continues to be
satisfactory. Therefore, we would like to extend the agreement for Fiscal Year 2022-23,
from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. If you, as the signing authority for Turning
Point of Central California, Inc., would also like the agreement to be extended as stated,
please sign and date on the line below and return this letter by e-mailing a copy of the
signed letter to Emma Mejia, Senior Staff Analyst at emmeiia fresnocount ca. ov.
Respectfully, /
