Notes:
1) This agreement, will begin on October 1, 2022 and terminate one year from the signed contract
date. If additional accounts are needed during this contract period, this contract can be amended
and the additional accounts can be added at the same discounted pricing.
2) The agreement is created for Fresno County, CA Child Support at a rate of$1,356.00 per
month with unlimited messaging for the 60 TxtPage Pro Basic accounts.
3) Fresno County, CA Child Support will be charged the standard NAF (Network Access Fee) of
13% (included in the total above) to cover all mandated federal and state telecommunication
charges and any applicable taxes.
5) Payments are due within 45-days of the invoice date. If Customer terminates this agreement
there will be no pro-rating of service, Customer will owe the full fee for the billing period in
which they terminate.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Billing period to billing period product and services contract/pricing agreement between Fresno
County, CA Child Support hereinafter referred to as "Customer" and Contact Wireless (hereinafter
referred to as "Contact"), the parties hereto, in consideration of mutual promises, covenants and
stipulations set out, hereby agree as follows:
Contact makes this favorable pricing agreement for Customer to purchase 60 TxtPage Pro accounts to
be added to the existing Dashboard. This agreement includes price protection for the terms, conditions
and services specified herein by Contact as a provider of web-based text messaging products. Details
of pricing, discounts, and services are included and initialed by both parties. Customer may elect to
terminate this contract with a 30-day written notice. Upon cancellation, the Customer agrees to pay

Contact retail pricing for any orders not paid in full during the month of cancellation. This agreement,
when signed by both parties, is intended to be binding to both parties and is not modified by contrary
terms, if any, appearing in the Customer Purchase Order.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Customer agrees to pay all invoices issued under this agreement within 45-days of the invoice
date. Failure to honor the 45-day payment term may result in termination of this contract pricing
agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by, constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the
State of California, and both parties hereby stipulate and agree that jurisdiction and venue of any legal
action pertaining to this contract shall be in Fresno County, CA.
