The agreement referenced above allows an option of two twelve-month extensions upon written
approval of both parties and authorizes the Executive Director of the In-Home Supportive Services
(IHSS) Public Authority, or their designee, to execute such written approval.
The IHSS Public Authority seeks to extend the agreement from August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023.
