Re: Agreement No. A-19-075 for Emergency Dispatch Software Maintenance & Support
Dear Mr. Maier,
The Agreement referenced will terminate on February 11, 2022, if the option of a one-year extension is
not executed by both parties. The Fresno County Board of Supervisors have authorized the Director of
Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to execute such approval on behalf of the County.
This letter serves as a request to exercise a one-year extension of the Agreement through February 11,
2023. As the signing authority for TriTech Software Systems, please indicate your willingness to
continue with this Agreement by completing the bottom section of this letter by January 11, 2022 to
Mariah Thompson at mthompson@fresnocountyca.gov. Please note, the original signed response does
not need to be mailed to us.
