Amendment #1 : Change name from Golden State Overnight to General Logistics Systems US, Inc. (GLS).
Amendment #2: Increase Agreement total by $3,000 to $13,000.
Amendment #3: Add 9026 and 9015 and increase $12,500 for a total of $25,500.
Amendment #4: Additional 3 months extension to 2/25/22 alongside CA contract for continued services while awaiting the new
replacement cooperative contract. New contract should be completed by CA State by 2/25/22.
