The County of Fresno hereby accepts your increase of service notice dated May 18, 2018, to be effective
June 1, 2018 in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Contract Number P-18-046-I and
Revised Attachment “B”.All orders placed prior to June 1, 2018 will be priced in accordance with
current contract pricing.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
ninety-nine thousand, five hundred dollars ($99,500.00).
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my
office, retaining a copy for your files.
