2 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, ("First Amendment") is made and
3 entered into this_ day of ___ , 2018, by and between the COUNTY OF FRESNO, a
4 political subdivision of the State of California, 333 W. Pontiac Way, Clovis, CA. 93612
5 ("COUNTY"), and Calbusma, Inc, a California corporation doing business as California Business
6 Machines, 4260 N. Fresno Street, Fresno CA 93726, ("CONTRACTOR").
7 W I T N E S S E T H:
8 WHEREAS, the Parties entered into Agreement No. 13-117, dated March 12, 2013 (the
9 "Agreement") pursuant to which CONTRACTOR agreed to provide photocopy machines and all
1 O products and product-related services for the COUNTY's existing units and to fulfill new
11 requirements as they develop; and
12 WHEREAS the COUNTY and CONTRACTOR now desire to amend the Agreement to
13 extend the term for an additional one year through March 11, 2019.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of
15 which is hereby acknowledge, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree to amend the Agreement as
16 follows:
17 1.Section IX. TERM of the Agreement, as set forth on Page 3, is hereby deleted and
18 replaced with the following:
19 "Section IX. TERM:The term of this Agreement shall run from March 12, 2013 to March
20 11,2019."
21 The Parties agree that this First Amendment is sufficient to amend the Agreement, and
22 upon execution of this First Amendment, the Agreement and this First Amendment shall together
23 be considered the Agreement.
24 The Agreement, as hereby amended, is ratified and continued. All provisions, terms,
25 covenants, conditions and promises contained in the Agreement and not amended herein shall
26 remain in full force and effect.
