Addendum to Purchase Agreement - Instrumentation
This Addendum (the “Addendum”) is dated and effective this __ day of _______________, 2021,
and supplements the Orchard® Harvest™ Laboratory Information System Purchase Agreement
between Orchard and County of Fresno (“CLIENT”) executed on 23 day of March, 2018.
Upon the signing of this addendum, this language will become an effective part of the original
purchase agreement. The following language will be removed from Page 2 and 3, as Instrument
Interfaces:
• (1) Cepheid GeneXpert
• (1) Dynex DS2
• (2) ABI 7500 Fast
• (1) BD Bactec MGIT
• (1) ProbeTec or TBD Analyzer
The following language will replace the language on Page 2 and 3, as Instrument Interfaces:
• (1) Abbot M2000
• (1) Dynex DS2 Quantiferon
• (1) BD Bactec MGIT
• (2) ABI 7500 Fast
