replacement of vehicle transmissions with remanufactured or overhauled transmissions.
The contract with your company expired April 30, 2009. The County of Fresno desires to
reinstate this contract for an additional one (1) year period effective May 1, 2009 through April
30, 2010.
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my
office.
