Sheriffs Area 4 Squaw Valley Substation, 30691 E. Kings Canyon Road, Squaw Valley,
California, in accordance with Contract #go631 3E including Attachment "An. The County
Department contact is Christie Cooper at (559) 332-2226.
This amendment will be effective immediately through the expiration date of the Agreement.
Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and
effect with any contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this
letter to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
