Subject: Add Sheriff Department to Agreement No. 2701 181 E
Please reference Agreement Number 2701 181 E between Airgas NCN and the County of Fresno. Such Agreement
allows for the County's purchase of First Aid and Safety Supplies from your company.
You are hereby notified that the County's Sheriff Department has now been added to the list of Departments and
Divisions that are authorized to make purchases against Agreement No. 2701 181 E.
The Sheriff Department will determine which of its personnel are authorized to initiate orders against the Agreement.
It will be the responsibility of Airgas NCN to maintain a current list of such individuals and accept orders only from the
listed people.
The Agreement's contact person for the Sheriff Department is Toune Syharath, phone no.: (559) 488-3326. You are
advised to contact this person for any questions concerning the names of the persons authorized to use the
agreement, delivery information and invoicing details. See the attached Attachment Two Delivery & Product
Information for delivery addresses, delivery details and invoicing address.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged. Please contact Jeannine L. Geare, Buyer I,
