SECONDAMENDMENTTOAGREEMENT
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Amendment") is made
~nd entered into this day of March, 2010, by and between COUNTY OF FRESNO, a
'olitical Subdivision of the State of Califomia, Fresno, California (hereinafter 'COUNTY"), and
he Law Firm of Campagne & Campagne whose address is 1685 N. Helm Avenue, Fresno,
:A 93727, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR entered into Agreement number 270173F,
lated 29* day of March, 2007 (hereinafter "Agreement"), pursuant to which CONTRACTOR
greed to provide legal services for the Civil Service Commission to COUNTY; and
WHEREAS, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR now desire to amend the Agreement in
lrder to extend the term of the agreement for six (6) additional months.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of
lhich is hereby acknowledged, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree as follows:
1. First Amendment to Agreement Number 270173F, line sixteen (16) through line
~enty-two (22), is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"This Agreement shall become effective on the 29* day of March, 2007 and shall
terminate on the 281h day of September, 2010."
COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree that this Amendment is sufficient to amend the
~greement and, that upon execution of this Amendment, the Agreement and this Amendment
~gether shall be considered the Agreement.
The Agreement, as hereby amended, is ratified and continued. All provisions, terms,
ovenants, conditions and promises contained in the Agreement and not amended herein
hall remain in full force and effect.
