AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT made and entered into this d7-rk day of
WCG\ , 2007, by and between the County of Fresno, a political subdivision of the State of
California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY, and NAFFA INTERNATIONAL a California
corporation, whose address is 7571 N. Remington Avenue, Suite 101, Fresno, California,
hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the COUNTY and CONSULTANT entered into an Agreement dated July
25, 2006 for the CONSULTANT to provide residential and non-residential plan checking
services on an as-need basis for the COUNTY; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to modify the AGREEMENT to increase the overall limit of
the contract to allow for additional services by the CONSULTANT.
NOW, THEREFORE, the COUNTY and CONSULTANT, hereto agree to amend the
AGREEMENT as follows:
1. Page 3, Paragraph 3 D. Lines 12 through 15 shall be amended to read: "In no
event shall services performed under this AGREEMENT be in excess of $96,000
during the term of this AGREEMENT. It is understood that all expenses incidental to
CONSULTANT'S performance of services under this Agreement shall be borne by
CONSULTANT".
2. Page 3, Paragraph 3 E., Lines 16 through 18 shall be amended to read:
"Notwithstanding the above, the Purchasing Manager shall have the authority to
amend the Agreement in writing to increase or decrease the amount stated above, but
shall not exceed fifteen (1 5) percent of $96,000".
3. All other terms, conditions, mutual covenants, and promises contained in
the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as hereinabove amended.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to
Agreement to be executed as of the day and year first above written.
