Contract Number P -17-117 -P covering glass spheres is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires March 3, 2021. The County of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional one (1) year period. effective March 2, 2021 through March 3, 2022. Prices will
be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any
contract renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
one hundred eighty thousand dollars, ($180,000.00).
